How to use
Carrier oils are the foundation of aromatherapy and natural skincare. They nourish, protect, and help deliver the benefits of essential oils safely to your skin.
1. For Facial Care
Apply a few drops of your chosen carrier oil to clean, damp skin. Massage gently until fully absorbed. You may use it alone or as a base to dilute essential oils (typically 1–2 drops of essential oil per 5 mL of carrier oil).
2. For Body Massage
Blend 5–10 drops of essential oil into 15–20 mL of carrier oil. Warm the oil slightly between your palms before massaging into the skin to ease tension and promote relaxation.
3. For Body Moisturising
Smooth a small amount over damp skin after showering to lock in moisture and soften the skin naturally.
4. For Bath Rituals
Mix 1 tablespoon of carrier oil with your preferred essential oils, then add the blend to warm bath water. Swirl to disperse before stepping in.
