Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used or opened products
- Personalized or bespoke items
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
Exchange Policy
- We do not offer refunds
- Eligible items may be exchanged for products of equal value, subject to availability
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference will be payable
- If the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will not be refunded
Shipping for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective item received)
Condition of Returned Items
- Items returned for exchange must be in resalable condition
- We reserve the right to reject any exchange if the product does not meet the above criteria
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are considered final unless an exchange is approved under the conditions above.
